Let’s discuss Skype calling.
TIP: Make sure before you use general windows commands that you’ve navigated to a conversation and opened it with ENTER. They won’t work from within the conversation list.
With focus in the desired conversation , to start an audio call, press CTRL+SHIFT+P, and to start a video call, press CTRL+SHIFT+K. With the call in focus, to toggle mute, press CTRL+M.
We’ve added a convenient way to answer and hang up Skype calls no matter where your focus. When you hear that distinctive sound of an incoming Skype call press your layered command, INSERT+SPACEBAR, then Y to activate the Skype layer, then UP ARROW to answer and DOWN ARROW to hang up.
