By the end of this module you will understand, be able to discuss, and/or perform the following tasks as they relate to reading and working with cursors and text with JAWS:
- Basic screen reading commands
- Where to look for more keystrokes when needed
- The differences between three of the primary cursors used by JAWS
- Use the JAWS cursor to point and click buttons or graphics
- Use the Windows Clipboard from the keyboard
- Windows keyboard commands for selecting text
- FSClipboard
- Select and copy text from the following environments:
- Word processing
- Web pages
- Virtual viewer
- Hidden text not visible on Web pages
